Our Process

We’ll arrange a meeting at your home or business to take measurements and discuss your ideas for custom-fitted furniture or a bespoke kitchen. We’ll explore material preferences, styles, and how we can tailor the design to your needs.

After the consultation, you’ll receive an estimated cost within a few days, based on the design discussions.

If you're happy with the estimate, we'll begin refining the design. We provide detailed 3D drawings for custom fitted wardrobes, bespoke kitchen cabinetry, or other built-in furniture, so you can visualise the final product and ensure it meets your expectations.

We’ll meet again, if needed, to go over material samples and finishes. Whether it’s choosing the perfect wood for your custom-fitted furniture or the ideal countertop for your bespoke kitchen, we ensure you’re completely satisfied with the selection.

Once the design and materials are finalised, we’ll provide a detailed, final quote. After everything is signed off, we’re ready to begin crafting your dream fitted furniture or bespoke kitchen.

Our payment structure is clear and straightforward:
50% Deposit: This covers the design process, material costs, and the first phase of work.
30% Progress Payment: This is due once all components are ready and delivered to the site.
20% Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, once you’re fully satisfied with your bespoke furniture or custom kitchen installation.
* Minor adjustments can be made throughout the process, but significant design changes after final sign-off may affect both the timeline and the cost of your project.
